Creative Agency Internship- Social Media, Strategy & Content (2 Weeks)

At We Are Social, we see interns as the next wave of creative thinkers, people with fresh perspectives, platform smarts, and a finger on the cultural pulse. That’s why we’re inviting students to join us for a two-week internship designed to give you real insight into what it’s like to work in a creative agency.

What You’ll Experience:

You’ll spend the two weeks meeting teams across the agency, learning how ideas are developed, campaigns are run, and how social-led creative really works. From Creative and Strategy to Editorial, Production, Client Services and beyond, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how we bring ideas worth talking about to life.

You’ll be assigned a Buddy, a junior team member who’s recently been in your shoes, to help you settle in and answer your questions.

Your schedule will include:

• A full onboarding with key team members
• Introductions to each department you’ll be shadowing
• Daily team meetings, creative brainstorms, and live project exposure
• A guided office tour with tips on where to grab lunch and how to make the most of your time here

Who We’re Looking For:

Students or recent grads who are curious, creative, and excited to learn more about social media, creativity, culture, and communication. You don’t need experience, just enthusiasm, open-mindedness, and a love for big ideas.

During your time with us, we’ll also ask you to reflect on:

• What you're hoping to get out of your internship
• The skills you’d like to explore or improve
• What “Ideas Worth Talking About” means to you
