Your new role
As a Digital Project Tester Intern, you will work alongside IT and business teams to support the testing and launch of a new customer-facing e-commerce portal.Your responsibilities will include:

• Testing website functionality, navigation and customer journeys
• Identifying, documenting and reporting system issues and bugs
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Validating fixes and providing feedback to improve the customer experience
• Collaborating with IT and business teams

What you'll need to succeed
This intern opportunity would suit a recent graduate or undergraduate looking to build practical experience within a digital project environment.You will ideally have:

• Recent or ongoing studies in IT, Business, Commerce, Media or Marketing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Confidence using digital platforms and technology
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Previous professional testing experience is desirable but not essential
