Your new role :

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduate trainees to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various domains including software development, quality assurance, business analysis, and more. Ideal candidates are recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive and innovative environment.

Job Responsibilities : 

• Software Development:-Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications using languages such as Java or .NET. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

• Quality Assurance (QA) : -Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases. Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools. Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality software releases.

• Business Analysis (BA) :- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements. Conduct market research and data analysis to support business decisions. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of relevant experience (internships or academic projects are acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, .NET, etc.) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of QA methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Valid working rights in Australia is mandate
