  • Work closely with Farmer Customer Services teams to support grain origination activities and build strong relationships with growers and industry stakeholders.

  • Contribute to a range of commercial, operational and customer-focused projects while developing a broad understanding of the Australian grain and oilseeds supply chain.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Currently completing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, Agriculture or a related discipline.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across teams, regions and time zones.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable and capable of managing competing priorities while making sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic commercial environment.
