Junior Product Owner Internship (Business Analyst)

• Collaborate and provide support to Product and Development teams
  


• Assist in planning business design, managing client onboarding, and product enhancements/integrations
  


• Record requirements, technical approaches, and amendments to decisions and actions
  


• Help the team run efficient and well-communicated deployments
  


• Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
  


• Conducting research and analysis in support of operations
  


• Assist in operational support of our clients
  


• Researching, analysis, and testing of product solution and functions
  

Requirements

• Coordinate with teams required
  


• Understanding Agile / Scrum
  


• Basic exposure/experience using project/product management software tools (JIRA, Confluence, Team, Gantt)
  


• Experience gathering requirements
  


• Great verbal and written communication skills
  


• A self-managed individual with excellent organisational skills
  


• Proficient in technical software development vocabulary
  


• Experienced in/understanding of software development testing
  


• Ability to work as part of an outcome driven team
