Role: Student Intern - Maintenance Technician

Location: Roma, Queensland

Type: Internship - 16 - 20 hours/week

Job Description:

SLB is seeking a Student Intern, Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance activities under supervision. Duties include preparing and maintaining equipment, recording maintenance data in company systems, and following all safety and quality standards. Training will be provided, you will:

• Receive structured training and mentorship from experienced technicians and supervisors.


• Prepare and maintain cutting-edge equipment to the highest standards.


• Build key technical and non-technical skills valued by the industry.


• Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with higher-level maintenance activities under direct supervision.


• Accurately capture maintenance data in our Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) system.


• Comply with SLB’s safety and quality standards at all times.


• Develop and maintain skills through SLB’s competency management programs.
