MC Driver Upskill Program

We are excited to invite expressions of interest for our Upskill Program, designed to help drivers upgrade their skills and obtain a higher truck license. If you're passionate about the transport industry and eager to advance your career, this program is for you!

This is an Expression of Interest

The Upskill Program is a free, intensive training initiative designed to help professional drivers acquire a higher truck license (e.g., upgrading from HR or HC to MC).

This program provides comprehensive training using our simulator, practical experience, and mentorship opportunities. Our Upskill Program will equip you with the skills and confidence needed to excel in your truck driving career.

Who should apply

We welcome applications from drivers who meet one of the following:

• Hold a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence and have held it for a minimum of 12 months, and are looking to Upskill to MC Licence
  
  or
• Hold a Multi Combination (MC) licence and are eager to gain practical, hands-on experience operating quad side tippers.

We offer:

• Hands-on experience in our simulator and in our trucks!
• Dedicated mentors and experienced professionals to guide you throughout the program.
• Opportunities for long term employment for the right candidates who have successfully completed the Upskill Program and obtained their MC Licence.

What we’re looking for

• Based in Geraldton or surrounding areas
• Current HR or HC truck license holders
• Passionate individuals with a genuine interest in the transport industry.
• Strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and excellent driving record.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and commit
• Ability to pay for your own testing/licensing
