Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding

• Provide administrative support across employment contracts, payroll data entry, HR reporting, and learning & development

• Coordinate smooth and engaging onboarding experiences for new team members

• Collaborate with the broader HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in HR or office administration (not essential)

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field (completed or near completion)

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a love for organising data

• Ability to work autonomously

• A knack for organisation, multitasking, and prioritising

• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
