Meet the Team

The Build & Workflow Engine team in Splunk’s Developer Platforms organization plays a critical role in sustainable Build and Deploy practices for Splunk’s products. From managing enterprise grade GitOps solutions, implementing Bazel in Splunk’s core repository and integrating AI into every-day developer use cases: put your skills to work to make our product more resilient, secure and faster.

Your Impact

• Integrate fully into our engineering practices to experience being a part of a world-class enterprise software team.

• Tackle complex problems in cloud infrastructure, AI solutions and build systems supported by senior engineers.

• Implement critical observability and monitoring for production systems

• Learn and deploy AI solutions for developer productivity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, computer science or related disciplines such as mathematics and physics.

• Strong working knowledge of at least one programming language.

• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Must be Australian/NZ citizen or Permanent resident (student visas or visas obtained on your own are not applicable) based in Sydney, NSW

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of a cloud provider such as AWS, GCP or IBM.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• ·Willingness to learn and take new challenges with enthusiasm
