Duration: 12-month Traineeship
Start Date: ASAP

As part of your Traineeship, you'll join Redland City Council's Professional Development Program, giving you structured learning, networking opportunities, and exposure to Council-wide operations.
 

About You:
 
To be successful in this Traineeship, you will need to:
 

• Enjoy working outdoors


• Be committed, reliable and hardworking


• Manage and prioritise tasks under pressure


• Work effectively in a team and independently


• Have strong written and verbal communication skills


• Be safety-conscious and willing to follow procedures

 
Role Requirements:
 

• C class drivers licence and a reliable vehicle


• Good physical fitness for manual tasks


• Be willing to complete a pre-employment functional assessment (including drug and alcohol screening)


• Previous experience in water operations or related fields (advantageous)
