Job Description:
Cincinnati Financial is seeking a dedicated and resilient Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. As an Associate-level Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for various financial tasks to support the company's operations.
Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements and reports - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations - Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies - Collaborate with team members to achieve financial goals - Provide support during audits and tax filings - Assist in process improvement initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred - Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Teamwork and leadership skills - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
