Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia as a remote worker. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy - Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies - Assist with month-end close processes - Maintain organized records and documentation - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about the accounts payable function - Strong communication skills - Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
