Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

United Continental Holdings is currently seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Associate on a part-time basis with the flexibility of working remotely. This position will be based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain vendor relationships and communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
