Job Description - Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a part-time remote work position at an associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to clients - Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding billing issues - Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end closing processes - Provide support for audits as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Innovation and creativity in finding solutions to complex problems
