Job Description:
Molina Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable.
Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents for payment - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process weekly check runs - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries - Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Resourceful and dedicated mindset - Strong attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
