Accounts Payable

Job Description:

UGI, a leading company in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments - Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments - Assist with month-end closing processes - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 4+ years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong leadership and research skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
