Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable at Peabody Energy in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, you will be responsible for managing the company's invoices and expenses. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, energetic, have excellent people management skills, and be able to make decisions effectively.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare reports - Assist in month-end closing processes - Communicate with vendors and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures - Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners to build strong relationships

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
