Accounts Payable

Job Description:

A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a strong work ethic, drive, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate records - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues or discrepancies - Support the accounts payable team with ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a team environment - Leadership skills
