Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

SanDisk, a leading company in the technology industry, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable professional to work remotely from home in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues. 4. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. 5. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. 6. Prepare reports for management as needed. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 2. 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 4. Passionate and hardworking individual with a strong attention to detail. 5. Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve effectively. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
