Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments from customers - Reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis - Generate and send invoices to customers - Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes - Follow up on overdue accounts and arrange payment plans when necessary - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting - Provide support to other members of the accounting team as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Innovation and presentation skills - Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
