Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Xero is seeking a part-time Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Entry Level position with no years of experience required, we are looking for a reliable and confident individual who possesses strong adaptability and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently - Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments - Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies - Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
