Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Kellogg is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile customer accounts - Process incoming payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts - Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with customers to resolve any issues - Generate monthly statements and reports for management review - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions - Assist with month-end closing activities and audit procedures - Provide support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Dedicated and driven with a strong work ethic - Excellent planning and cooperation skills
