Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Ingram Micro in Perth, Western Australia is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable associate. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and invoice reconciliation - Maintain accurate records of accounts and financial transactions - Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely payments - Collaborate with internal teams to address any billing or payment issues - Follow up on outstanding payments and implement collection strategies when necessary - Assist in generating financial reports and analysis as needed

Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong attention to detail - Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
