Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Tech Data is seeking a passionate and confident individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time position at an entry-level seniority, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and process online accounts receivable transactions - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial data - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with online payments - Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records - Provide support to clients and partners regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies - Utilize innovative solutions and critical thinking to improve processes and efficiency - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
