Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and process online accounts receivable transactions - Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities - Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes - Generate and send out invoices, statements, and reminders - Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely payments - Maintain records and prepare reports on accounts receivable status

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
