About the Role

The Administration Officer will be a valued member of the Support Services Admin team and will be required to play a key role in the provision of administrative services for multidisciplinary clinical teams and be able to rotate through a number of varied administration positions. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

Demonstrated and mainteined highly developed keyboard and computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and experience using patient administration systems, ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.


Employment Type: This is a part time opportunity.

Selection Criteria

  • Mandatory : Demonstrated and maintained highly developed keyboard and computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and experience using patient administration systems.
  • Mandatory : Ability to rotate through the varied allied health administration positions cross campus
  • Mandatory : Demonstrated office administration skills. Including but not limited to: appointment scheduling; telephone reception; word processing; cash / banking management; petty cash procedures; preparation of accurate reports; ability to accurately collect and manage client data; maintenance of filing system
