Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


Judo Bank is seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator for remote work in Adelaide, South Australia. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence - Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses for team members - Assist with document preparation, including drafting emails, reports, and presentations - Maintain and update databases and record systems - Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication - Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned


Requirements: - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to innovate in problem-solving - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
