Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

PVH is seeking a dedicated and resilient Operations Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring seamless processes and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 2. Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies and processes. 3. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 4. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of orders. 5. Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making. 6. Assist in budget planning and cost control initiatives. 7. Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational capabilities. 8. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 9. Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews. 10. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in operations or a relevant field. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. 7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. 8. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. 9. Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
