Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

GameStop is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time, remote work position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of relevant experience in operations management.

As an Operations Manager at GameStop, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve the overall performance of the business - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Manage and mentor a team of remote employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve company goals - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies - Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in operations management or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience with remote team management is a plus - Hardworking and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Emotional intelligence and strong teamwork skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
