Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Genuine Parts is currently seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team on a remote work basis in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Manage day-to-day operations of the company remotely - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance - Oversee inventory management and supply chain operations - Provide guidance and leadership to team members to ensure successful outcomes - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to enhance operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field - Proven experience in operations management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Ability to cooperate effectively with team members and stakeholders - Proven track record of conducting research and implementing solutions - Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
