Job Description - Personal Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and energetic Personal Assistant to join our team at Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to company executives and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.


Responsibilities: - Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments - Coordinate and book travel arrangements - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives - Assist with project management and follow-ups on tasks - Conduct research and compile data as needed - Act as a liaison between executives and team members - Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Energetic and hardworking personality - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Strong leadership skills - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
