Job Description:


Bank of America Corp. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess an energetic and dedicated personality.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports - Assist with project coordination and research tasks as needed - Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and accurately - Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all information is easily accessible - Collaborate with team members to support overall efficiency and productivity - Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 2+ years of experience in an administrative role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic personality and a dedication to achieving goals - Strong negotiation and analysis skills
