Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Altium is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies - Manage and organize company documents, reports, and records - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations - Manage schedules and deadlines - Support the team with various administrative tasks - Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in administrative roles - Excellent project management and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
