Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ameriprise Financial. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and is based in Perth, Western Australia. As an entry-level role, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the team - Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members - Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service - Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation - Maintain and organize filing systems and databases - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow - Uphold company policies and standards in all activities


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in administrative roles - Excellent time management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Strong interpersonal skills for people management - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
