Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description: Raymond James Financial is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed. - Assist in organizing and maintaining documents, records, and confidential information. - Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients, vendors, and team members in a professional manner. - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.


Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality traits to effectively prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities. - Strong innovation and critical thinking skills to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
