Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate administrative duties for various departments within the organization. 2. Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members. 3. Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations. 4. Maintain databases and filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 5. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail. 6. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed. 7. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. 9. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency. 10. Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator for at least 3 years. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks. 8. Proactive problem-solving skills. 9. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 10. Familiarity with remote work tools and technology.
