Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Administrative Coordinator to work from home for Lincoln National in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate-level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership team - Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone calls - Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed - Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries and updates to the team - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary - Assist in coordinating virtual events, webinars, and trainings - Support special projects and initiatives as assigned


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in administrative support roles - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Innovation and research abilities - Reliable and resourceful personality traits
