Job Description:


First American Financial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and coordinating with various departments - Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring that all documents are organized and easily accessible - Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations - Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Other duties as assigned


Requirements: - Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team environment - Dedication to providing high-quality support to colleagues and clients - Visa sponsorship, Retirement plan, and Dental insurance benefits available
