Job Description - Remote Office Manager

Frontier Communications is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Office Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative operations of our remote office. This includes managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the remote office runs smoothly - Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and contractors - Support the team with administrative tasks as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or a related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Leadership skills to coordinate and manage the remote office effectively
