Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Office Manager to join our team at Lear in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail - Organize and maintain office files and records - Perform basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expenses - Coordinate office events and activities - Act as a point of contact for office visitors and vendors - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in office management or a related field - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Research skills to gather information and data effectively - Negotiation skills to handle vendor contracts and agreements - Experience with office equipment and systems
