Job Description - Remote Office Manager

Job Description:


Nike is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Office Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong planning and cooperation skills who are looking to kickstart their career in office management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the remote office space, ensuring a clean and organized environment for employees - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls - Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, set-up, and follow-up - Assist with bookkeeping and budget management tasks - Support the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation - Act as a liaison between remote employees and the main office, facilitating communication and collaboration - Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees, managing benefits enrollment, and maintaining employee records


Requirements: - Strong planning and organization skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
