Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


NextEra Energy, a leading energy company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager to work from home in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management. The ideal candidate will be driven and resourceful, with strong project management and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day office operations remotely, including coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence - Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies inventory - Assist with project management activities, including coordinating with team members and tracking progress - Act as a liaison between employees, clients, and external partners - Support the implementation of office policies and procedures - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in office management


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software - Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
