Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Pushpay is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Office Manager to work remotely from home in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to grow within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in office management or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage and organize office operations and procedures - Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth communication and workflow - Create and maintain filing systems, databases, and other office documents - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events - Provide administrative support to team members as needed - Manage office supplies and equipment - Assist in the onboarding of new employees - Assist in planning and organizing company events - Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in office management or a related field - Confident and passionate personality - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and take initiative - High attention to detail and accuracy
