Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home


Job Description: Toys “R” Us is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager with the flexibility to work from home. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the overall success of our business.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications. 2. Provide administrative support to the team, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records. 3. Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, and ensure that all necessary items are stocked and in good working condition. 4. Assist with special projects and events as needed, including research, planning, and execution. 5. Handle incoming inquiries and requests from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, and ensure timely responses. 6. Coordinate with external service providers, such as IT support and cleaning services, to ensure the office is well-maintained. 7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all tasks with a high level of professionalism.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident with the ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently. 2. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 3. Creativity in finding innovative solutions to challenges and improving office processes. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. Previous experience in office administration or a related field is a plus, but not required.
