Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in an online setting. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize online calendars, appointments, and schedules for team members - Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, webinars, and conference calls - Assist in drafting and proofreading online correspondence, reports, and presentations - Maintain and update online databases, spreadsheets, and files - Handle online inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues - Assist with online research, data analysis, and planning for various projects - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks - Perform other online administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in online communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Analytical mindset and strategic planning skills - Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus - Must be independent and dedicated to providing exceptional online administrative support
