Job Description:
Newcrest Mining is seeking a part-time Online Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage online administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating virtual events, and organizing digital files. 2. Monitor and maintain online communication channels, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests. 3. Conduct research and compile reports on industry trends, competitor analysis, and online engagement metrics. 4. Collaborate with various departments to support online initiatives and projects. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns and strategies. 6. Stay up-to-date on digital tools and platforms to enhance online efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements: 1. Motivated and independent with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. 2. Strong presentation and decision-making skills to convey information clearly and make strategic choices. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
