Job Description - Online Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Insurance Australia Group in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required; we are looking for individuals who are hardworking, adaptable, possess strong research skills, and are critical thinkers. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our online administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our digital platforms.


Responsibilities: - Assist in the maintenance and updating of online databases and systems - Monitor and respond to online inquiries and requests in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to streamline online processes and improve user experience - Conduct research and compile data for online reports and presentations - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team for resolution - Maintain confidentiality and security of online information and data - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms and tools - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of basic online marketing concepts is a plus
