Online Operations Associate

Job Description: As an Online Operations Associate at Farmers Insurance Exchange, you will play a key role in supporting our online operations team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and optimizing online operations to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new online initiatives - Provide support for online marketing campaigns and promotions - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise on the website - Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong people management and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Basic knowledge of online marketing and e-commerce - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
