Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team at Altria Group in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience in online operations management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize online operations and drive growth - Oversee all aspects of the online platform, including website maintenance, content management, and customer service - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online operations with overall business objectives - Manage a team of online operations specialists and provide leadership and guidance - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate online operations - Identify and address operational challenges and provide solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in online operations management, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and independent, with the ability to take initiative and drive results - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools - Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems preferred
