Online Operations Manager

Job Description: Raytheon is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Operations Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in online operations management and possess a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize all aspects of our online platforms, including website maintenance, content management, and user experience - Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve online performance and drive conversion - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration between online operations and other business functions - Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the online space and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our online operations remain competitive and cutting-edge
